I loved this game; got it as a fifth grader and played it endlessly. The "special effects" when you hit a home run were one of the most joyous things to see and hear for this 11-year-old.

ReplyDeleteI can't tell you how many hundreds of hours I spent playing this game. It kept me occupied on every road trip my family took. I also had the basketball one. I think, 30 years later, my parents still have that basketball game at their house.
ReplyDeleteMan, do I remember these and the many other cool things at the Ft. Hood TX Four Seasons store. I can't recall if I had the baseball game but I had a football one which had white plastic. I believe 1 player - the green was 2 player. Simpler times, at least in regards to video games.:)
