It went to a national segment of the Captain Kangaroo show in 1978, in which Captain Kangaroo himself would do the lessons on his "magic drawing board." Thanks so much for posting this! I remember watching this and being SO upset because I didn't have a Picture Pages book and a Mortimer marker. :)
